I would say read in the order they are in the series! Both series’ have the same timeline and each book match with the others. For example, Falling is set in the same year as Our Secret Moments. They’ll be tiny crossovers across both series, but reading each in order makes the most sense.

Both series’s will be traditionally published over the next few months in the UK, and you will be able to find them at most major retailers and online! Check the links page for direct links :)
